Actually Placed definition

Actually Placed or “Actual Placement” means that such railcars have been delivered to and received by Producer at the Plant.
Actually Placed means the placement of a tank car in an accessible position for loading or unloading at the terminal.
Actually Placed means the placement of a Tank Railcar in an accessible position for loading or unloading at the Delivery Location or at a point designated by the consignor or consignee or Party loading or unloading the Tank Railcar.
