Actuarial data master file means the electronic data processing (EDP) compatible information distributed by FCIC that contains premium rates, program dates, and related information concerning the crop insurance program for a crop year.
Actuarial certification means a written statement by a member of the American Academy of
Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.
Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.
