AD Agreement definition

AD Agreement means the Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994, in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement;
AD Agreement means the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of July 31, 1996, among Rockwell International Corporation, The Boeing Company and Boeing NA, Inc. and certain collateral documents related thereto.
AD Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to it in Paragraph B of the Recitals.
