Ad Placement definition

Ad Placement means the ad page container delivery service developed, hosted and maintained by Ifficient through which Users may select Offers from Advertisers after registering on Company’s Site(s). The Ad Placement will contain a number of Offers as chosen in the sole discretion of Ifficient.
Ad Placement means the creation of an advertisement with an Ad Network, with its own parameters including budget. A successful Ad Placement may result in associated charges from the Ad Network.
Ad Placement means the insertion of an Ad in a given Media Source to enable it to appear and/or become published on a specified date and time.

  • The Ad Placement will be presented “In process” as set forth on Exhibit A.

  • Company shall utilize the option made available by Ifficient in connection with the Ad Placement to flag/identify, in real-time, any and all Users who have opted-out from the sharing/sale of their personal information.

  • Ifficient is responsible for the maintenance, development and operation of the mid-path and Lead generation Ad Placement technology, proprietary systems and related equipment for the provision of the Services.

  • Developer acknowledges and agrees that Exaget may from time to time, in its sole discretion, release and make available to Developer such upgrades or updates to the SDK and App Libraries which the Developer must install and/or apply to its systems, software and/or application program in order for the Developer’s End-User Application to function properly with Exaget’s Ad Placement Service (“Mandatory Update”).

  • If the Company is passing Lead data to the Ifficient Ad Placement, it is required to transfer Valid Registration Fields as required in this Agreement for each User.

  • Ifficient may provide various Ad Placement services (the “Services”) to Company according to, and as set forth in, the written terms attached hereto as Exhibit A, which is incorporated herein and made a part hereof.

  • Exaget shall notify Developer of any Mandatory Update, at a minimum, 90 days before the date on which the Ad Placement Service will, without the introduction of the Mandatory Update, cease to function properly with the SDK and Developer’s application program.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the payment of any applicable License Fees as provided in the Pricing Policy, Exaget hereby grants to Customer a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and worldwide license to use the SDK and related documentation solely for the purpose of internal development of application programs designed to function with Exaget’s Ad Placement Service.

  • Broadcaster shall promptly provide Exaget with all information, content and assistance reasonably requested by Exaget in order to enable it to provide the Ad Placement Service to the Broadcaster.

  • Support provided to Broadcaster by Exaget under this Section is strictly limited to providing (i) advice in questions regarding the use of the Ad Placement Service, (ii) advice and assistance in identifying causes of errors in the Broadcaster’s use of the Ad Placement Service, where reasonably possible for Exaget, and (iii) workarounds to such identified errors, where reasonably available to Exaget.
