ADA Tracking System definition

ADA Tracking System means a computerized, networked, real-time tracking system to enable Defendant to document and internally share information regarding inmates with a Mobility Disability.

Examples of ADA Tracking System in a sentence

  • The County shall implement a centralized, real-time networked electronic system to identify and track all incarcerated people with disabilities and their specific accommodation needs (the "ADA Tracking System").

  • Until the new ADA Tracking System is in place, the County shall continue to use its existing system for tracking incarcerated person's disabilities and their specific accommodation needs ("Existing ADA Tracking System").

  • The County will make its best effort to implement the ADA Tracking System by January 1, 2023, and will provide notice of any delay to this timeline to allow the parties to confer and address the matter.

  • Officer will check the ADA Tracking System and ensure provision of reasonable accommodations and effective communication during the disciplinary process.
