The Client acknowledges that it has not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given by or on behalf of ADAS which is not set out in the Contract.
No variation to the Contract shall be effective unless agreed in writing by ADAS.
The Client is responsible for taking into account the limitations in the instructions given to ADAS, and commercial and other factors, of which the Client and its other advisors are, or should be aware.
Subject to clause 7.1, ADAS excludes all liability for claims brought outside this time limit.
