  • The Contract, as supplemented and amended by this Addendum One, constitutes the complete agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Addendum One and the provisions of the Contract, the terms of this Addendum One shall prevail.

  • Addendum/Addenda means a change, or addition, or correction significant enough to be formally made to this RFP. Addenda are posted on the City websites.
