  • This Addendum (including the Quote(s)) and the Agreement comprise the entire understanding and agreement between parties regarding the Addendum Services and supersedes all prior written and oral agreements, purchase orders, representations, understandings, promises, descriptions or other communications between the parties regarding the Addendum Services.

Related to Addendum Services

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement, and as may be amended.

  • Basic Services means the services set forth in Exhibit A. The Consultant must perform the Basic Services to the Director’s satisfaction.
