Additional 2022 Notes definition

Additional 2022 Notes means the additional principal amount of 2022 Notes (other than the Initial 2022 Notes) that may be issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.1(c) of this Indenture as part of the same series of 2022 Notes issued on the date hereof other than Notes issued in exchange for, or replacement of outstanding Notes.

Additional 2022 Notes means additional 2022 Notes issued from time to time under the Indenture in accordance with Section 2.01 hereof.

Additional 2022 Notes means additional 2022 notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Section 2.01 and Section 4.09, whether or not they bear the same CUSIP number.

Examples of Additional 2022 Notes in a sentence

• The aggregate principal amount of the Additional 2022 Notes, if any, shall be unlimited.

• All references to the “2022 Notes” shall include the Initial 2022 Notes and any Additional 2022 Notes unless the context otherwise requires.

• Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, the Issuer may issue additional notes (the “Additional 2047 Notes” and, together with the Additional 2022 Notes, the “Additional Notes”) having the same ranking and the same interest rate, maturity and other terms as the 2047 Original Notes (except as otherwise described in the form of the 2047 Notes), without the consent of the holders of the 2047 Original Notes then Outstanding.

Additional 2022 Notes means the 3.500% Senior Notes due 2022 issued in compliance with and under this Indenture after the Issue Date.
