Additional Notes definition

Additional Notes means additional Notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.02 and 4.09 hereof, as part of the same series as the Initial Notes.

Examples of Additional Notes in a sentence

• Additional Notes may be issued in an unlimited aggregate principal amount, subject to certain conditions specified in the Indenture.

More Definitions of Additional Notes

Additional Notes means any additional Notes (other than the Initial Notes or any Exchange Notes issued in exchange for such Initial Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.01, 2.02 and 4.09 hereof.

Additional Notes means Notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued pursuant to Article II hereof and otherwise in compliance with the provisions of this Indenture.

Additional Notes means any notes issued under this Indenture in addition to the Original Notes, including any Exchange Notes issued in exchange therefor having the same terms in all respects (or in all respects except payment of interest (i) scheduled and paid prior to the date of issuance of such notes or (ii) payable on the first Interest Payment Date following such date of issuance).
