Additional Active definition

Additional Active means active pharmaceutical or biological ingredients for which no royalty would be due hereunder if such ingredient(s) were sold separately from a Product.
Additional Active has the meaning set forth in Section 1.39.
Additional Active is defined in Section 1.41(a).

For purposes of sub-sections (a), (c), (d) and (f) above, the General Counsel or the Chief Executive Officer of the Company shall have authority to provide the Participant with written authorization to engage in the activities contemplated thereby and no other person shall have authority to provide the Participant with such authorization.

  • Gross alpha particle activity means the total radioactivity due to alpha particle emission as inferred from measurements on a dry sample.
