Additional Arranger definition

Additional Arranger means, as the context requires, any Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender engaged by the Borrower to arrange, or assist in arranging, any Revolver Repayment Term Loans and/or Permitted Amendments.
Additional Arranger means any bank or financial institution that becomes party to this letter as an Additional Arranger in accordance with the provisions of Clause 21.9 (Additional Arrangers).
Additional Arranger means each person appointed as an arranger and bookrunner of the Facilities and the Interim Facilities in accordance with paragraph 4 (Appointment) below.

  • Arrangers: Each Arranger named on the signature pages of the Commitment Letter and any Additional Arranger appointed in accordance with the terms of the Commitment Letter.

  • With respect to any securities and/or financial instruments so held by any Additional Arranger or any of their respective affiliates or any of their respective customers, all rights in respect of such securities and financial instruments, including any voting rights, will be exercised by the holder of the rights, in its sole discretion.

Additional Arranger means each of Citibank, N.A., Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Bank USA, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., MUFG Bank, Ltd., TD Securities (USA) LLC, U.S. Bank National Association and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC.
Additional Arranger shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.24(a).
Additional Arranger means Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (legal successor to Fortis Bank (Nederland) N.V.), and Banc of America Securities Limited, (whether acting individually or together);
Additional Arranger means any institution reasonably satisfactory to MLPFS (it being agreed that the list of institutions separately provided by MLPFS to the Borrower are satisfactory) so long as, with respect to each such institution, each of the following conditions are satisfied (unless otherwise agreed by MLPFS in its reasonable discretion):

  • Co-Lender Agreement With respect to any Loan Combination, the co-lender agreement, intercreditor agreement, agreement among noteholders or similar agreement, dated as of the date set forth in the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Date of Co-Lender Agreement” and governing the relative rights of the holders of the related Mortgage Loan and Companion Loan(s), as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof. A Co-Lender Agreement exists with respect to each Loan Combination as of the Closing Date.

  • Lender Fee Letter means each fee letter agreement that shall be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Servicer and the applicable Lender in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, as amended, modified, waived, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time.

  • Lead Arranger as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Additional Lender Certificate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(c)(ii)(F).

  • Arranger Fee Letter means that certain Arranger Fee Letter related to this Agreement, entered into by the Company and dated November 23, 2015.

  • Additional Fee means a fee, in addition to the licence fee, imposed by the municipality on a business at any time during the term of the licence for costs incurred by the municipality attributable to the activities of the business;

  • Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Arranger means Banc of America Securities LLC, in its capacity as sole lead arranger and sole book manager.

  • Additional Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in Article 8.

  • Sole Lead Arranger means SunTrust Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Inc., in its capacity as sole lead arranger in connection with this Agreement.

  • Additional Lender has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(c).

  • Joint Bookrunner means Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated, X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets(3), each in its respective capacity as a bookrunner under this Agreement, and “Joint Bookrunners” means all of them, collectively.

  • Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated June 19, 2013 among the Company, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC.

  • Joint Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners means Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Credit Partners L.P., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Xxxxxx Brothers Inc. and Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated.

  • Agent's Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated as of the date hereof (as hereafter amended from time to time) between the Borrower and the Agent respecting certain fees payable to the Agent for its own account.

  • Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Additional Lenders has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.18(b).

  • GE Capital Fee Letter means that certain letter, dated as of the Closing Date, between GE Capital and Borrower with respect to certain Fees to be paid from time to time by Borrower to GE Capital.
