Additional Arranger definition

Additional Arranger means, as the context requires, any Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender engaged by the Borrower to arrange, or assist in arranging, any Revolver Repayment Term Loans and/or Permitted Amendments.
Additional Arranger means each of Citibank, N.A., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Bank USA, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., MUFG Bank, Ltd., TD Securities (USA) LLC, U.S. Bank National Association and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC.
Additional Arranger means each person appointed as an arranger and bookrunner of the Facilities and the Interim Facilities in accordance with paragraph 4 (Appointment) below.

Examples of Additional Arranger in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, any Lender may exchange, continue or rollover all or a portion of its Loans in connection with any refinancing, extension, loan modification or similar transaction permitted by the terms of this Agreement, pursuant to a cashless settlement mechanism approved by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent or the Additional Arranger, as the case may be, and such Lender.

  • Arrangers: Each Arranger named on the signature pages of the Commitment Letter and any Additional Arranger appointed in accordance with the terms of the Commitment Letter.

  • The AIP is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Proposed Acquisition, the Proposed Diversification, the Consideration Shares, the Performance Shares, the Arranger Shares and the Additional Arranger Shares, the Company and/or its subsidiaries.

  • No Additional Arranger shall have any rights in respect of the management of the syndication of the Senior Credit Facilities.


More Definitions of Additional Arranger

Additional Arranger means any bank, financial institution, trust, fund or other entity which has become an Arranger in accordance with Clause 27.10 (Additional Arranger).

  • Joint Lead Arranger means each of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., BofA Securities, Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC, U.S. Bank National Association and The Bank of Nova Scotia in their respective capacities as joint lead arranger, and their respective successors in such capacity.

  • Additional Amendment shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(iv).

  • Joint Lead Arrangers shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
