Additional Bank Accounts definition

Additional Bank Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01(b) of this Pledge Agreement;
Additional Bank Accounts. No Corporate Obligor shall, directly or indirectly, open, establish or maintain any deposit account, investment account or any other account with any bank or other financial institution, other than the Charged Accounts as set forth in Schedule 9 to the Debenture, except: (i) as to any new or additional Blocked Accounts and other such new or additional accounts which contain any Collateral or proceeds thereof, with the prior written consent of Burdale and subject to such conditions thereto as Burdale may establish or as required by this Agreement and (ii) as to any accounts used by such Company to make payments of payroll, Taxes or other obligations to third parties, after prior written notice to Burdale.

  • L/C Cash Deposit Account means an interest bearing cash deposit account to be established and maintained by the Agent, over which the Agent shall have sole dominion and control, upon terms as may be satisfactory to the Agent.

  • Account Control Agreement(s) means any agreement entered into by and among the Lender, Borrower and a third party Bank or other institution (including a Securities Intermediary) in which Borrower maintains a Deposit Account or an account holding Investment Property and which grants Lender a perfected first priority security interest in the subject account or accounts.

  • Schedule of Accounts means an aged trial balance and reconciliation to the Borrowing Base in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may at the Administrative Agent’s discretion include copies of original invoices) listing the Accounts of the Borrower, certified on behalf of the Borrower by a Duly Authorized Officer, to be delivered on a monthly basis to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower pursuant to Section 8.1(d) hereof.
