Additional Capital Contribution Amount definition

Additional Capital Contribution Amount means an amount that is equal to the product of (a) 19.9% multiplied by (b) the aggregate amount of any capital contributions to, or investments of any additional capital in, the Company, made by the Parent on or after January 1, 2024 and prior to the Closing; provided, that such Additional Capital Contribution Amount shall not exceed $100,000,000.
Additional Capital Contribution Amount means the sum of Additional Capital Contribution Amount, reduced by the distributions under Section 6.02(b)
Additional Capital Contribution Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.4 of this Agreement.

The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.

  • Current Class B Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class B Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, eighth, eleventh, fourteenth, seventeenth and twentieth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.
