Additional Capital Contribution Amount definition

Additional Capital Contribution Amount means an amount that is equal to the product of (a) 19.9% multiplied by (b) the aggregate amount of any capital contributions to, or investments of any additional capital in, the Company, made by the Parent on or after January 1, 2024 and prior to the Closing; provided, that such Additional Capital Contribution Amount shall not exceed $100,000,000.
Additional Capital Contribution Amount means the sum of Additional Capital Contribution Amount, reduced by the distributions under Section 6.02(b)
Additional Capital Contribution Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.5 of this Agreement.

  • In the event that a Call Notice is delivered to the Common Members, subject to Section 4.2.3 below, each Common Member shall, on or before the Call Date, make a Common Contribution to the Company in an amount equal to its then current Common Percentage Interest multiplied by the applicable amount of the Shortfall or the Additional Capital Contribution Amount, as applicable.
