Additional Capital Expenditure definition

Additional Capital Expenditure means the capital expenditure incurred, or projected to be incurred after the date of commercial operation of the project by the generating company or the transmission licensee, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of these regulations;
Additional Capital Expenditure means capital expenditure incurred in respect of an approved tourism project by way of any additional project proposed for that tourism project;
Additional Capital Expenditure means the capital expenditure incurred or projected to be incurred during the control period by RLDCs and NLDC and admitted by the Commission after a prudence check;
