Additional Cash Consideration definition

Additional Cash Consideration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(e).
Additional Cash Consideration means the product of (i) the quotient obtained from dividing (A) the sum of the amount of cash Paragraph B of Schedule 2(D) sets forth in dollars and the 1998 Restricted Payment Amount by (B) $8.50 multiplied by (ii) the amount, if any, by which (A) the IPO Price exceeds (B) $8.50.
Additional Cash Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(i).
