Stock Consideration definition

Stock Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).

  • Notwithstanding this Section 7.24, if the Buyer gives irrevocable notice that the Agreed Stock Consideration Value equals €0, then this Section 7.24 shall be deemed satisfied.
