Additional Collateral Bond definition

Additional Collateral Bond has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Discharge of First-Out Obligations”.
Additional Collateral Bond means, at any time after the Discharge of First-Out Obligations (as defined in the Collateral Trust Agreement) has occurred, any collateral bond secured by the Collateral provided by the Company or any other Grantor to the First-Out Representative that is not prohibited by the applicable Priority Lien Documents.

  • Initial Collateral Amount means $757,097,792, which equals the sum of (i) the Class A Note Initial Principal Balance, (ii) the Class B Note Initial Principal Balance, (iii) the Class C Note Initial Principal Balance and (iv) the Initial Excess Collateral Amount.
