Additional Data Remittance Date. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Master Servicer, SPS or ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo, no later than twelve noon, five Business Days before the related Distribution Date.

With respect to any First Horizon Serviced Mortgage Loan, the payment required to be made by (i) Fifth Third with respect to any Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5.03 of the Fifth Third Servicing Agreement or (ii) the Master Servicer with respect to any Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.20(b) of this Agreement. With respect to any GMACM Serviced Mortgage Loan, the payment required to be made by (i) GMACM with respect to any Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5.03 of the GMACM Servicing Agreement or (ii) the Master Servicer with respect to any Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.20(b) of this Agreement.
