Additional Debt Closing Date definition

Additional Debt Closing Date. The closing date for the issuance of any Additional Debt pursuant to Section 2.13 as set forth in an indenture supplemental to this Indenture pursuant to Section 8.1(a)(xii).
Additional Debt Closing Date. The closing date for the issuance of any Additional Debt pursuant to Section 2.13 and/or the Credit Agreement as set forth in an indenture supplemental to this Indenture pursuant to Section 8.1(a)(xii).
