Additional Document definition

Additional Document means each of this Deed, each of the Collateral Documents, the Inter-Creditor Deed, the Mortgage Addenda and, in the plural, means all of them;
Additional Document means any additional document to be executed by the Bank and the Customer for any additional Trade Service, in the form prescribed by the Bank.

More Definitions of Additional Document

Additional Document means a document setting out service specific terms and details of agreed Services and/or Products you are purchasing from us, and may include (but not be limited to) the following additional documents:
