Additional Engine definition

Additional Engine shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Aircraft Mortgage.
Additional Engine means each engine added to the Collateral pursuant to a Mortgage Supplement subsequent to the initial Mortgage Supplement.
Additional Engine means each Engine acquired by a member of WEST Group (other than an Initial Remaining Engine) subsequent to the Initial Closing Date in accordance with the conditions set forth in Section 5.03(b) of this Indenture.

  • Such Additional Engine shall be an engine manufactured by the Manufacturer of the Engine to be replaced thereby that is the same model as the Engine to be replaced thereby, or an improved model, and that has a value and utility at least equal to the Engine to be replaced thereby (assuming that such Engine had been maintained in accordance with this Mortgage (and, as applicable, had not suffered such Event of Loss), which value and utility shall be established by an Appraisal).

Additional Engine has the meaning specified therefor in Section 4.6.
Additional Engine means that certain CFM International, Inc. model CFM56-7B24, also shown on the FAA records as CFM56-7B22, aircraft engine (which engine has 550 or more rated takeoff horsepower or the equivalent thereof) bearing manufacturer’s serial no. 888694, to the extent such aircraft engine constitutes a Spare Engine.
Additional Engine means each Engine added to the Collateral pursuant to a Trust Indenture Supplement after the Closing Date.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • Replacement Airframe means an Airbus A321 aircraft or a comparable or improved model of Manufacturer (except (a) Engines or engines from time to time installed thereon and any and all Parts related to such Engine or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such aircraft.

  • Commercial aircraft means any civil aircraft used in flight activity for compensation or for hire.

  • Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

  • Diesel engine means an engine which works on the compression-ignition principle.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.
