Additional Engine definition

Additional Engine shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Aircraft Mortgage.
Additional Engine means each engine added to the Collateral pursuant to a Mortgage Supplement subsequent to the initial Mortgage Supplement.
Additional Engine means each aircraft engine acquired by a WEST Group Member (other than an Initial Remaining Engine) subsequent to the Initial Closing Date in accordance with the conditions set forth in Section 5.03(b) of this Indenture.

Examples of Additional Engine in a sentence

  • To the extent that the acquisition of any Remaining Engine or any such Additional Engine is to be funded with additional equity contributions from the holders of the Beneficial Interest Certificates, such equity contributions also shall be deposited in the Engine Acquisition Account.

  • Immediately upon the satisfaction of such conditions and without further act, (i) the replaced Engine shall thereupon be released from and be free and clear of all rights of the Administrative Agent and the Lien of this Mortgage and shall no longer be deemed an Engine hereunder and (ii) such Additional Engine shall become subject to this Mortgage.

  • On any Delivery Date on which an Additional Engine is to be acquired with the proceeds of a Warehouse Loan deposited in the Engine Acquisition Account, such proceeds shall be released from the Engine Acquisition Account for such purpose when the conditions specified in Section 3.03(c) of the Indenture shall have been satisfied or waived as provided therein.

  • Before and after giving effect to such Loan, and the acquisition of any Additional Engine with the proceeds thereof, no Senior Borrowing Base Deficiency is or would be continuing.

  • The Borrower shall have the right at its option at any time, on at least 5 Business Days’ prior notice to the Administrative Agent, to substitute an Additional Engine for any Engine (including, if so elected by Borrower, in satisfaction of any applicable obligations in relation to an Event of Loss with respect to such Engine).

  • Such Additional Engine shall be an engine manufactured by the Manufacturer of the Engine to be replaced thereby that is the same model as the Engine to be replaced thereby, or an improved model, and that has a value and utility at least equal to the Engine to be replaced thereby (assuming that such Engine had been maintained in accordance with this Mortgage (and, as applicable, had not suffered such Event of Loss), which value and utility shall be established by an Appraisal).

  • The Grantor shall have the right at its option at any time, on at least 5 Business Days’ prior notice to the Administrative Agent, to substitute an Additional Engine for any Engine.

  • In addition, concurrently with the provision of any Additional Engines pursuant to Section 4.1(1)(f)(i) above, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a report that sets forth the make, model and month and year of manufacture of such Additional Engine as well as all of the information required in subclauses (A) — (B) above with respect to such Additional Engine as of the date on which such Additional Engine is subjected to the Lien of the Engine Mortgage.

Additional Engine has the meaning specified therefor in Section 4.6.
Additional Engine means that certain CFM International, Inc. model CFM56-7B24, also shown on the FAA records as CFM56-7B22, aircraft engine (which engine has 550 or more rated takeoff horsepower or the equivalent thereof) bearing manufacturer’s serial no. 888694, to the extent such aircraft engine constitutes a Spare Engine.
Additional Engine means each Engine added to the Collateral pursuant to a Trust Indenture Supplement after the Closing Date.

Related to Additional Engine

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • Replacement Airframe means an Airbus A321 aircraft or a comparable or improved model of Manufacturer (except (a) Engines or engines from time to time installed thereon and any and all Parts related to such Engine or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such aircraft.

  • Commercial aircraft means any civil aircraft used in flight activity for compensation or for hire.
