Additional Exploration Period definition

Additional Exploration Period means the First Additional Exploration Period and/or Second Additional Exploration Period;
Additional Exploration Period means the period of two (2) Contractual Years as of the termination date of the Initial Exploration Period, which CNH may grant to the Contractor in order to keep carrying surface Reconnaissance and Exploration, Exploration and Appraisal activities in the Contract Area in accordance with Article 4.3.
Additional Exploration Period means all or any of the Exploration Periods following the Initial Exploration Period as may be extended under the terms of this Agreement;

Examples of Additional Exploration Period in a sentence

  • In the event that during the Initial Exploration Period, the Contractor carries out additional Work Units to those committed in accordance with Article 4.2, the Contractor may request the recognition of such Work Units for the First Additional Exploration Period.

  • Subject to this Article 4.4, the Contractor may request, by written notice to the CNH with at least sixty (60) Days prior to the termination of the First Additional Exploration Period, an extension of the Exploration Period for three (3) additional Years (the “Second Additional Exploration Period”).

  • Notwithstanding the obligations to access to the First Additional Exploration Period, the Contractor may conduct the Work Units equivalent to one (1) Well during the First Additional Exploration Period, in the event that it has committed to perform the Work Units equivalent to two (2) Xxxxx as Minimum Program Increase.

  • In the event that during the First Additional Exploration Period, the Contractor carries out additional Work Units to those committed in accordance with Article 4.3, the Contractor may request the recognition of such Work Units for the Second Additional Exploration Period.

  • The CNH may deny approval of plans if they: (i) do not comply with the Minimum Work Program or the Minimum Program Increase, or the work commitments for the First Additional Exploration Period or Second Additional Exploration Period, or (ii) do not conform to the Industry Best Practices and the Applicable Laws.

  • Contractor shall pay annual acreage fees of one thousand two hundred (1,200) Dollars per square kilometre of the Contract Area during the Exploration Period and the Additional Exploration Period (if Contractor proceeds to the Additional Exploration Period pursuant to Article 4.3).

  • All costs incurred by Contractor during the Exploration Period and the Additional Exploration Period shall be Cost Recoverable from production from the remainder of the Contract Area which is not relinquished.

Related to Additional Exploration Period

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.

  • Acquisition Period means any period commencing on the date that a Material Acquisition is consummated through and including the last day of the second full fiscal quarter following the date on which such acquisition is consummated; provided that there shall be at least one full fiscal quarter between any two Acquisition Periods.

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Initial Contract Period means the period from the Commencement Date to the date of expiry set out in clause A2 (Initial Contract Period), or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.

  • Post-Acquisition Period means, with respect to any Permitted Acquisition, the period beginning on the date such Permitted Acquisition is consummated and ending on the last day of the sixth full consecutive fiscal quarter immediately following the date on which such Permitted Acquisition is consummated.

  • Second Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the First Extended Maturity Date.

  • Post-Deconsolidation Period means any Tax Period beginning after the Deconsolidation Date, and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Straddle Period beginning the day after the Deconsolidation Date.

  • Project Period means the period es- tablished in the award document dur- ing which Federal sponsorship begins and ends.

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Earn-Out Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.1.

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • First Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the Initial Maturity Date.

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;

  • Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

  • Evaluation Period The meaning ascribed thereto in Section 16.5(b).
