Additional Feature definition

Additional Feature means any product feature which is not defined within the description of the Services, but which is introduced or made available to Client by TeleSign (including but not limited to the Bulk SMS, Opt-Out Management, URL shortener and SMS Retriever features), regardless of whether TeleSign charges for such feature.
Additional Feature has the meaning given in Section 5.1 (Service Fees).
Additional Feature means a feature-length audio-visual program that (i) otherwise qualifies to be a “Current Feature” hereunder but for its failure to satisfy only subsections (c), (d), (e), (f) or (h) thereunder or (ii) was initially released direct-to-video (“DTV”) in the [United States or the] Territory or was initially released on television in the [United States or the] Territory (“MFT”), with an Availability Date during the Avail Term, and for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction all the rights granted hereunder (“Necessary Rights”). For the avoidance of doubt, SIT Features are not Additional Features.

Examples of Additional Feature in a sentence

  • Additional Features are added to the scope of the Maintenance Services as from the Effective Date of such Additional Feature, subject to Customer having paid the license fee for such Additional Feature.

  • The initial period of Maintenance Services for an Additional Feature runs from the Effective Date of such Additional Feature until the end of the running Contract Period during which the Additional Features are added to the Software configuration.

For the avoidance of doubt, SIT Features are not Additional Features. or (ii)
Additional Feature means a feature-length audio-visual program that otherwise qualifies to be a “Current Feature” hereunder but for its failure to satisfy only subsections (c), (d) or (f) thereunder with an Availability Date during the Avail Term, and for which Licensor, or an entity directly or indirectly owned and unilaterally controlled by Licensor (a “Licensor Entity”), unilaterally controls without restriction all the rights granted hereunder (“Necessary Rights”). For the avoidance of doubt, SIT Features are not Additional Features.
Additional Feature means any Feature, including a modified Existing Feature, that is not an Existing Feature.
Additional Feature means any feature or model changes SABRE adds to any Equipment covered by an Equipment Schedule.

Related to Additional Feature

  • Additional Work to mean additions or deletions or modifications to the amount, type or value of the Work and Services as required in this Contract, as directed and/or approved by the County.

  • Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes means, with respect to any Benchmark Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of “Base Rate,” the definition of “Business Day,” the definition of “Interest Period,” timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, timing of borrowing requests or prepayment, conversion or continuation notices, the applicability and length of lookback periods, the applicability of breakage provisions, and other technical, administrative or operational matters) that the Administrative Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption and implementation of such Benchmark Replacement and to permit the administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Administrative Agent determines that no market practice for the administration of such Benchmark Replacement exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent decides is reasonably necessary in connection with the administration of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents).
