Additional Information Request is def ined in Section 3.2(a). “Additional Reports” is def ined in Section 6.6. “Additional Value Adjustment Events” means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, such events or circumstances (if any) as may be agreed in writing between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent as “Additional Value Adjustment Events” with respect to such Collateral Obligation at the time a Borrower Entity f irst Acquires such Collateral Obligation. “Adjusted Balance” means, for any Collateral Obligation at any time, the product of : (a) the Collateral Obligation Notional Amount of such Collateral Obligation at such time; (b) the Asset Current Price of such Collateral Obligation, and (c) the Current FX Rate for such Collateral Obligation as of such date; provided that: (1) unless otherwise waived by the Administrative Agent, the Adjusted Balance of any Collateral Obligation that does not satisfy the Collateral Obligation Criteria at such time (or did not satisfy any such criteria at the time of the Acquisition of the Collateral Obligation, in the case of those evaluated as of the time of Acquisition, as set forth in the definition of Collateral Obligation Criteria) shall be zero; and 3

Examples of Additional Information Request in a sentence

  • If FIS does not timely deliver an Additional Information Request to Client, the Issue Notice will be deemed to be sufficiently detailed and logged in for a response by FIS as of the tenth (10th) day after the date of the Issue Notice.

  • Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.

Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • Registration Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Confidential commercial or financial information means any business information (other than trade secrets) which is exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552. Exemptions from mandatory disclosure which may be applicable to business information contained in proposals include exemption (4), which covers “commercial and financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential,” and exemption (9), which covers “geological and geophysical information, including maps, concerning wells.”

  • Transaction Request means a request from Seller to Buyer, in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, to enter into a Transaction.

  • Request for Information shall have the meaning set out in FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations as relevant (where the meaning set out for the term “request” shall apply).

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Special Personal Information means Personal Information as referred to in Section 26 of POPIA

  • Identifying information means the same as that term is defined in § 18.2-186.3, and

  • Dealer Information means material concerning the Dealer provided by the Dealer in writing expressly for inclusion in the Private Placement Memorandum.

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.

  • Additional Disclosure As defined in Section 3.18(a)(v).

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).

  • Acceleration Request means a request pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4A, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4A, to accelerate or reschedule a transmission outage scheduled pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.2 or Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.9.4, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.2 or Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 1.9.4.

  • Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.

  • Pricing Information means the information relating to (i) the number of Shares issued and (ii) the offering price of the Shares included on the cover page of the Prospectus.

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of data or any form that is held by a service provider, relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic data or content data, by which can be established-

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.
