Additional Insureds definition

Additional Insureds has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(a) of the Indenture.
Additional Insureds means the County, its successors and assigns, and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives of the County and its successors and assigns.
Additional Insureds has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

More Definitions of Additional Insureds

Additional Insureds means the Owner Trustee (in its individual and ------------------- trust capacities), the Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee (in its individual and trust capacities) and each of the Noteholders and each of the respective successors and permitted assigns and respective directors, officers and employees of the foregoing.
