Additional Insureds definition

Additional Insureds has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(a) of the Indenture.

Additional Insureds means the County, its successors and assigns, and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives of the County and its successors and assigns.

Additional Insureds has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Examples of Additional Insureds in a sentence

• If performance of this Agreement involves construction, or the transport of persons or hazardous materials, then the required Automotive Liability coverage shall include the State of Vermont and its agencies, departments, officers and employees as Additional Insureds.

• When specified as a required insurance coverage (see § 1 – Insurance Obligation, above) Commercial General Liability, Commercial Automobile Liability, and Pollution Liability Insurance shall include the State of Washington and all authorized Purchasers (and their agents, officers, and employees) as Additional Insureds evidenced by copy of the Additional Insured Endorsement attached to the Certificate of Insurance on such insurance policies.

• Upon notice of any actual or alleged claim or loss arising out of subcontractor’s work hereunder, subcontractor shall immediately satisfy in full the SIR provisions of the policy in order to trigger coverage for the Contractor and Additional Insureds.

• Policies referred to in 10(a), 10(b), 10(f), 10(g), and 10(i) above must have endorsements which include language for Additional Insureds stating that the policies are amended to include an organization whom the CONSULTANT has agreed to add as an Additional Insured by contract, and must state the coverage is afforded on a primary and noncontributory basis.

More Definitions of Additional Insureds

Additional Insureds means the Owner Trustee (in its individual and ------------------- trust capacities), the Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee (in its individual and trust capacities) and each of the Noteholders and each of the respective successors and permitted assigns and respective directors, officers and employees of the foregoing.

Additional Insureds means the Lessor, the Lessor Parent, DTC, the Security Trustee and the Holders.

Additional Insureds means the Indemnitees and each of them.

Additional Insureds is defined in Section 9.2.

Additional Insureds shall be to such term as utilized in the Lease.
