Additional Investment Amount shall initially mean $0, provided that on each date (but no more than once during any fiscal year of the Borrower) when the Borrower delivers the financial statements and related officer’s certificate required to be delivered pursuant to Sections 8.01(c) and (d) (commencing with the Borrower’s fiscal year ending June 30, 2005), the Additional Investment Amount shall, to the extent the remainder referred to below is a positive number, be increased by an amount equal to 10% of the remainder of (i) Consolidated EBITDA for the respective fiscal year for which such financial statements and related officer’s certificate have been delivered less (ii) Consolidated EBITDA for the fiscal year of the Borrower ending June 30, 2004.

Additional Investment Amount shall initially mean $0, provided that on each date (but no more than once during any fiscal year of VHS Holdco I) when VHS Holdco I delivers the financial statements and related officer's certificate required to be delivered pursuant to Sections 8.01(b) and (d) (commencing with VHS Holdco I's fiscal year ending June 30, 2005), the Additional Investment Amount shall, to the extent the remainder referred to below is a positive number, be increased by an amount equal to 10% of the remainder of (i) Consolidated EBITDA for the respective fiscal year for which such financial statements and related officer's certificate have been delivered less (ii) Consolidated EBITDA for the fiscal year of Vanguard ended June 30, 2004; provided, further that, (x) on the date any Investment is effected which involves a utilization of the Additional Investment Amount as then in effect in accordance with the provisions of clause (y) of Section 9.05(xxv), the Additional Investment Amount shall be reduced by the aggregate amount so utilized and (y) the Additional Investment Amount shall be reduced on the date of the making of any Capital Expenditure pursuant to Section 9.07(e)(iii) by the amount thereof.

Additional Investment Amount means the Additional Investment Amount indicated on the signature pages to this Agreement.

Additional Investment Amount shall initially mean $0, provided that from and including the first fiscal year of the Borrower for which Consolidated EBITDA exceeds $55,000,000, the Additional Investment Amount shall mean an amount equal to the greater of (i) 10% of such excess and (ii) 10% of the highest amount by which Consolidated EBITDA for any subsequent fiscal year of the Borrower exceeds $55,000,000.
