Additional Maintenance definition

Additional Maintenance means grading, reshaping, repair, and/or modification performed on County roads in excess of the same operations performed as routine maintenance by the County.
Additional Maintenance means the addition to the Maintenance Prices pursuant to the Maintenance Terms to reflect the inclusion of Price” additional Projects;
Additional Maintenance means the changes to the Maintenance Programme pursuant to the Maintenance Terms to reflect the Programmeinclusion of additional Projects as Maintained Lifts;

Examples of Additional Maintenance in a sentence

  • In the event that the Senior Bank Facility is amended to include an additional financial maintenance covenant, such additional financial maintenance covenant, or event of default relating to such covenant, shall be automatically and correspondingly added to the Definitive New Loan Documentation (taking into account any differences between the defined terms in the Senior Bank Facility and the defined terms of the Definitive New Loan Documentation) (an "Additional Maintenance Covenant").

  • The Maintenance Required Amounts and Additional Maintenance Reserve Amounts based on any prior Maintenance Annual Estimate will be recalculated after each annual Maintenance Annual Estimate, as adjusted for each Payment Date as provided in the definition thereof.

  • Seller shall use Prudent Industry Practices to avoid Additional Maintenance Outages during the Non-Scheduled Maintenance Period.

  • Once CONTRACTOR has ceased using the Haul Roads for the purposes stated herein, CONTRACTOR shall notify the County, and the County, within ninety (90) days thereafter, shall notify CONTRACTOR of any Additional Maintenance that the County asserts as an obligation of CONTRACTOR.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Additional Maintenance Outages that consist of washing photovoltaic panels to improve production of the Facility may be performed by Seller upon written notice to Buyers.

  • If Tenant elects to fund the Additional Maintenance Obligations, this Lease shall remain in full force and effect and Tenant shall fund the Additional Maintenance Obligations.

  • If Landlord decides not to fund the Additional Maintenance Obligations, Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of such decision and Tenant shall have thirty (30) days after receipt of such notice to notify Landlord in writing of Tenant’s election to (i) fund the Additional Maintenance Obligations itself, (ii) terminate this Lease, or (iii) continue under this Lease without making any of the Additional Maintenance Obligations.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, the Company is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • maintenance order , in relation to a court, means an order made by a court —
