Additional Module definition

Additional Module means a Software Module that is not a specified in the Purchase Order as Solution.
Additional Module is a software module that can be, at any time during the term of the Agreement, added to the Package in return for remuneration;
Additional Module means a Module, which is purchased additionally, license and use of which is subject to additional purchase and payment of additional fees.

  • Once an Additional Module has been purchased such Additional Module will, for the purposes of this Agreement, form part of Contract+ and be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

More Definitions of Additional Module

Additional Module means a module including additional features or functionality that were (1) made available by VMware in conjunction with a Major Release but not initially purchased by Customer or (2) subsequently made available by VMware. Additional Modules are made available for purchase pursuant to separate licensing fee and separate purchase of Services. VMware in its discretion will designate what if anything constitutes an Additional Module, designating such by means of a descriptive name change (e.g. Software>>Software Clustering Module). Additional Modules will be considered “Software” for the purposes of this Agreement upon the purchase of Services for the Additional Module(s).
Additional Module means an additional Product module made available to the General Practice, including the iGPR Patient Online Toolkit and iGPR Create Report modules but excluding the Core Module;

Related to Additional Module

  • Multiregional Modeling Working Group or “MMWG” shall mean the NERC working group that is charged with multi-regional modeling.

  • Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Enrolled Affiliate under this Enrollment.

  • Additional Indication means any indication other than the Initial Indication.

  • New Service Request means an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request.

  • Additional Work means services outside the Agreement’s initial scope of Work, which may be added by Thornton. Additional Work may be negotiated separately and must be approved in writing by Thornton in an executed Change Order prior to performance.
