Initial Note definition

Initial Note means each initial Governmental Lender Note registered by the Comptroller and subsequently canceled and replaced by a definitive Governmental Lender Note pursuant to this Funding Loan Agreement.

Initial Note shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2.

Initial Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

Examples of Initial Note in a sentence

• Each Non-Controlling Note Holder shall provide notice of its identity and contact information (including any change thereof) to the Trustee, Certificate Administrator, the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer under the Lead Securitization; provided, that each Initial Note Holder shall be deemed to have provided such notice on the date hereof.

• The Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative, as of the date of this Agreement and until the Lead Securitization Note Holder (and the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer) is notified otherwise, shall be the Initial Note A-2 Holder.

• Each Non-Controlling Note Holder (if it is not the Lead Securitization Note Holder) shall provide notice of its identity and contact information (including any change thereof) to the Trustee, Certificate Administrator, the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer; provided, that each Initial Note Holder shall be deemed to have provided such notice on the date hereof.

More Definitions of Initial Note

Initial Note has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a) of this Agreement;

Initial Note as defined in Section 4.1(a)(iii).
