Additional Notes Closing Date definition

Additional Notes Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 5.15.

Additional Notes Closing Date. The closing date for the issuance of any Additional Notes pursuant to Section 2.13 as set forth in an indenture supplemental to this Indenture pursuant to Section 8.1(a)(xii).

Additional Notes Closing Date. The closing date for the issuance of any Additional Notes pursuant to Section 2.4 as set forth in an indenture supplemental to this Indenture pursuant to Section 8.1(viii).

• The Officer’s certificate of the Issuer shall also state that all of its representations and warranties contained herein are true and correct as of the Additional Notes Closing Date.

• An opinion of Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx, Cayman Islands counsel to the Issuer, or other counsel acceptable to the Trustee, dated the Additional Notes Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Issuer and the Trustee.
