Additional Parcels definition

Additional Parcels shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(a).
Additional Parcels means a 1.71-acre parcel of real property (hereinafter the "Rail Spur Parcel") and a 3.412-acre parcel of real property that Lessor intends to acquire from South Charleston Development III LLC after the Effective Date, and which, upon acquisition by Lessor, will be incorporated into the definition of Leased Premises in this Lease, as described in Exhibit B. The target price to acquire the Additional Parcels described in Exhibit B is $1,300,000.
Additional Parcels of the Prime Lease shall NOT apply to this Sublease. 2) The annual rental to be paid by Sublessee to Sublessor hereunder shall be equivalent to the rental to be paid by Sublessor as Assignee under the Prime Lease ("Prime Rent"), plus an additional sum equal to Fifteen (15%) Percent of the Prime Rent, and shall be paid in the manner and at the times as stated in the Prime Lease.

  • Future Additional Parcels, including land owned by the Agency at Candlestick Point, may be added to the Premises in a written notice signed by the Agency Director and Tenant, without the need for an amendment to the Interim Lease.


More Definitions of Additional Parcels

Additional Parcels means those certain parcels adjacent to the Property which may be developed by Tenant and Landlord pursuant to the Development Agreement and which are mortgaged to Landlord pursuant to the Mortgage.
Additional Parcels means any parcel or parcels of the approximately 37.21 acres of real property identified as Additional Parcels on Exhibit M (Property Boundaries) to this Development Agreement, but shall exclude any portion of such property that is to be conveyed to another Governmental Authority for non-proprietary purposes.

  • Existing Property means all property against which ad valorem property taxes were levied by a local unit for its concluding fiscal year, minus all property that is considered losses for purposes of ad valorem property tax levies of the local unit for the ensuing fiscal year.

  • Additional Party means any employee, worker, agent or sub-contractor of the Company, or anyone entitled to an indemnity, reimbursement or contribution from the Company in respect of a claim by an Interested Party.
