In addition, Tenant, its employees, agents, contractors and invitees shall have the non-exclusive right to use up to eighty-eight (88) parking spaces in the Outside Area (which includes the Additional Parking Areas) shown on the attached Exhibit C and Tenant agrees to comply with and enforce against its agents, employees, contractors and employees parking regulations promulgated by Landlord pursuant to Paragraph 24.13 below, including a parking permit program.
