Additional Plants definition

Additional Plants has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Additional Plants shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.02;
Additional Plants means Visteon’s Saline, S▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road and Utica plants.

  • The Owner Participant further agrees that, on the terms and conditions set forth in the Actual Development Plan, it will direct the Owner Lessor to grant to the Additional Plants Operator, easements across the Facility Site which are reasonably required for access to the Additional Plants, fuel supply (including gas pipelines) for the Additional Plants, and electric transmission lines to and from the Additional Plants as set forth in the Actual Development Plan.

  • Except as set forth in the MSSA, LESSEE assumes the sole responsibility for the condition, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement and management of the Premises, the Plant, the Additional Plants and all Improvements, facilities or appurtenances now or hereafter erected, installed or constructed in, at, on, or under the Premises by LESSEE or for LESSEE’s use.

  • LESSEE shall pay all costs, expenses, and obligations of every kind or nature, relating to the Premises, the Plant, the Additional Plants or any Improvements that may arise or become due during the term of this Lease, and LESSEE shall protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless LESSOR from and against all costs, expenses, fees or impositions whatsoever in connection with the Premises.


More Definitions of Additional Plants

Additional Plants means any photovoltaic plants in Italy which may be acquired in the context of a Qualified Investment. Following the perfection of a Qualified Investment and the acquisition of the relevant Additional Plant, each Additional Plant is deemed a “Plants” under these Terms and Conditions and all the Additional Plants will be automatically subject to all the representations and warranties and all the covenants and obligations provided under these Terms and Conditions.
Additional Plants means Visteon’s Saline, Sandusky, Sheldon Road and Utica plants. “Approved Capital Expenditure” means the following Capital Expenditures:

Related to Additional Plants

  • Constructional Plant means all equipments, materials, appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for execution, completion or maintenance of the works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.

  • Additional Property means, in respect of a Series, the rights and benefits provided in respect of the Series, or applicable Class, pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate and/or currency swap agreement, loan agreement, enhancement agreement or other similar arrangement as contemplated under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and as provided for in the related Series Purchase Agreement.

  • Additional Work means services outside the Agreement’s initial scope of Work, which may be added by Thornton. Additional Work may be negotiated separately and must be approved in writing by Thornton in an executed Change Order prior to performance.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
