Additional Premises Term definition

Additional Premises Term means the period commencing on the Effective Date and terminating April 30, 2015, as such term may be renewed pursuant to the Lease;
Additional Premises Term means Additional B7 Premises Term; and
Additional Premises Term shall commence on the Additional Premises Commencement Date and continue for a period of four (4) full years and eight (8) full months, and shall be coterminous with the Extended Term of the Initial Premises.

  • Failure to execute and deliver such acknowledgment, however, shall not affect the Additional Premises Term Commencement Date or Landlord’s or Tenant’s liability hereunder.

  • The Fixed Rent deposited by Tenant pursuant to this Paragraph 6 shall be applied to the Fixed Rent due with respect to the Second Additional Premises for the first full calendar month of the Second Additional Premises Term for which Fixed Rent is due hereunder (i.e., the eighth (8th) full calendar month of the Second Additional Premises Term).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no Fixed Rent shall be paid by Tenant with respect to the Second Additional Premises for the first seven (7) full consecutive calendar months of the Second Additional Premises Term.

  • The Fixed Rent deposited by Tenant pursuant to this Paragraph 7 shall be applied to the Fixed Rent due with respect to the Additional Premises for the first full calendar month of the Additional Premises Term for which Fixed Rent is due hereunder (i.e., the ninth full calendar month of the Additional Premises Term).

  • Tenant’s obligation to pay Base Rent for the First Floor Additional Premises shall commence on the date that is three (3) months after the First Floor Additional Premises Term Commencement Date (anticipated to commence on May 1, 2017) (the “First Floor Additional Premises Rent Commencement Date”).

  • Tenant shall have thirty (30) days following the Additional Premises Term Commencement Date to vacate and surrender the Original Premises to Landlord (a) in the condition and (b) with all documentation required under the Lease.

  • The Second Amendment Additional Premises Term, together with the Term with respect to the Existing Premises, shall be referred to collectively as the “Term.” Prior to entering upon the Additional Premises, Subtenant shall furnish to Sublandlord evidence satisfactory to Sublandlord that insurance coverages required of Subtenant under the provisions of the Existing Sublease.

  • Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Additional Premises as of the Additional Premises Term Commencement Date (as defined below) for use by Tenant in accordance with the Permitted Use and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Amended Lease.

  • The term of the Lease pertaining to the Additional Premises is hereby extended for twenty-six (26) months from the Additional Premises Term Commencement Date.


More Definitions of Additional Premises Term

Additional Premises Term means four (4) years, commencing on the Additional Premises Commencement Date and expiring on November 30, 2005, coterminous with the Lease.
Additional Premises Term shall be February 1, 2015 (the “Commencement Date”).
