Additional Review definition

Additional Review. A complaint or allegation by or against a Xxxxxx Carer and/or changes in circumstances in respect of a Xxxxxx Carer, such as alterations in the family composition, may result in an additional review. It is the responsibility of the Xxxxxx Carer to advise the Supervising Social Worker of any such changes. Any review may, in certain circumstances, result in the revision of the terms, or termination, of a Xxxxxx Carers approval.
Additional Review has the meaning as set out Article 5.5 (e).
