Additional Scheme definition

Additional Scheme means (as the context so requires):
Additional Scheme means a scheme for the Delivery of AHP Traveller Pitches proposed by the Grant Recipient in addition to the Original Schemes; Affordable Rent means a rent which does not exceed eighty per centum (80%) of the market rent (inclusive of service charges) for an equivalent property of the relevant size and location such rent to be assessed and set in accordance with the applicable requirements of Legislation and the provisions of Schedule 9 (Affordable Rent);
Additional Scheme means a scheme for the delivery of Move On Housing proposed by the Grant Recipient in addition to those comprised within the Original Approved Bid; Additional Scheme Acceptance Date means the date upon which Homes England confirms acceptance of an Additional Scheme pursuant to Condition 10.4;

Examples of Additional Scheme in a sentence

  • Whilst the additional scheme deals generally with smaller dwellings or properties other than those required to be licensed under the Mandatory Scheme, the Additional Scheme is time limited and properties that are licensed under the scheme are not subject to automatic renewal as in the Mandatory scheme.

  • In submitting such details, the Grant Recipient makes the same representations and warranties in relation to the proposed Additional Scheme as it makes to Homes England pursuant to Clause 5.2 (Firm Schemes).

  • The Stapling Counterparties (together with the other Deed Poll Parties) have executed the Deed Poll for the purposes of covenanting in favour of the Scheme Participants to perform (or procure the performance of) their respective obligations as contemplated by this Scheme, including to issue and allot (or procure the issue and allotment of) the Additional Scheme Securities to the Eligible Scheme Participants and the Scheme Sale Nominee.

  • Additional Scheme requirements and more detailed information and guidance are set out in the Countryside Stewardship Manual.

  • Any fractional entitlement of a Scheme Participant to a part of an Additional Scheme Security will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

  • It is applicable in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.In Scotland there is a differing legal definition of “end-of-waste” which is addressed in the Additional Scheme Rules for Scotland - see definition under ASRS ASRS Additional Scheme Rules for Scotland.

Related to Additional Scheme

  • Additional Filing Date means the date on which the Additional Registration Statement is filed with the SEC.

  • Additional Shares shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.03(a).

  • Initial application means the Application first provided to MFA on or before an Application Deadline to request an allocation of Tax Credits.

  • Additional Filing Deadline means if Cutback Shares are required to be included in the Additional Registration Statement, the later of (i) the date sixty (60) days after the date substantially all of the Registrable Securities registered under the immediately preceding Registration Statement are sold and (ii) the date six (6) months from the Initial Effective Date or the last Additional Effective Date, as applicable.

  • Additional Closing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Initial Filing Date means the date on which the Initial Registration Statement is filed with the SEC.

  • Order Amendment means Our Authorised Order Amendment or series of Order Amendments, each Order Amendment having precedence over any earlier Order Amendment.

  • Initial Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(a).

  • Additional means, in the context of offset credits, greenhouse gas emission reductions or removals that exceed any greenhouse gas reduction or removals otherwise required by law, regulation or legally binding mandate, and that exceed any greenhouse gas reductions or removals that would otherwise occur in a conservative business-as- usual scenario.

  • Initial Filing Deadline means the date which is thirty (30) calendar days after the Closing Date.

  • Additional Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.
