Additional Senior Secured Debt Documents definition
Additional Senior Secured Debt Documents means, with respect to any series, issue or class of Additional Senior Secured Debt, the promissory notes, indentures, collateral documents or other operative agreements evidencing or governing such Indebtedness, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Additional Senior Secured Debt Documents means any agreements, indentures, collateral documents and all other documents and instruments entered into in connection with any Additional Senior Secured Debt, in each case as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof.
