Except as provided in (1) Scope of Services, IPO or an Additional Services Agreement less than Fifty Thousand Dollars, ($50,000.00), this Agreement can be amended only by a written document executed by both the Consultant and the City.
However, if requested in writing by the City and agreed in writing by the Consultant, the Consultant shall perform Additional Services not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars, ($50,000.00), which shall be governed by this Agreement unless otherwise agreed to in writing in an Additional Services Agreement approved by the Hutto City Council.
