Additional Services Agreement means an agreement entered into by and among the Borrower and a customer for the provision of Uncontracted Services.

Additional Services Agreement means a Player marketing contract entered into in accordance with clause 11 of this Agreement. AFL Club or Club means an entity holding a licence to field a team in the AFL Competition.
