Additional Services Compensation definition

Additional Services Compensation means the fees determined in accordance with Additional Service Agreements to be paid by the Owner to the Construction Manager in connection with the performance of Additional Services or on account of the occurrence of an event specified in Excusable Delays.
Additional Services Compensation means the Additional Services Fees payable to Consultant for its performance of Additional Services.
Additional Services Compensation means the compensation that is payable to Architect under this Agreement for its performance of authorized Additional Services performed in accordance with this Agreement, which compensation consists of two components: Additional Services Fees and Reimbursable Expenses.

Examples of Additional Services Compensation in a sentence

  • Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.

  • Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Architect in connection with the performance of Additional Services as agreed to in advance, in writing by the Owner.

Related to Additional Services Compensation

  • Special compensation means payment to an adult foster care facility to ensure the provision of a specialized program in addition to the basic payment for adult foster care. Special compensation does not include payment received directly from the Medicaid program for personal care services for a resident, or payment received under the supplemental security income program.

  • Basic Compensation means Salary and Benefits.

  • Compensation means all base straight time gross earnings and commissions, exclusive of payments for overtime, shift premium, incentive compensation, incentive payments, bonuses and other compensation.

  • Extended school year services means special education and related services that are provided to a child with a disability and meet the standards of the State of Wisconsin. These services are provided beyond the normal school year of the local educational agency, in accordance with the individualized education program (IEP), and at no cost to the parents of the child.

  • Eligible Compensation means (i) for eligible exempt employees, such employee’s base salary at the time the Bonus or Spot Bonus is determined (prorated for time in an eligible position), and (ii) for eligible non-exempt and non-union hourly employees, such employees’ eligible wages for the applicable year as determined by the Company to be required by law.
