Additional Ship MOA definition
Additional Ship MOA means, in relation to an Additional Ship, a memorandum of agreement or a shipbuilding contract to be made between the Additional Ship Seller of that Additional Ship and the Additional Ship Owner which is the buyer thereof on terms and conditions acceptable to the Lenders and, in the plural, mean all of them;
Additional Ship MOA means, in relation to an Additional Ship which satisfies all the Additional Ship Requirements, a memorandum of agreement to be made between the Additional Ship Seller of that Additional Ship and the Additional Ship Owner which is the buyer thereof on terms and conditions acceptable to the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders) in its sole discretion (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld if the Additional Ship satisfies all the Additional Ship Requirements) and, in the plural, means all of them;
