Additional Slots definition
Additional Slots means, at any time of determination, (x) any Foreign Slot of the Grantor at [ ]4, in each case only to the extent such Foreign Slot is being utilized by the Grantor (or any other “Grantor” as defined in the SGR Security Agreement on behalf of the Grantor) to provide any Designated Service, but in each case excluding any Temporary Foreign Slot, and (y) any FAA Slot of the Grantor [at any airport in the United States]5 that is an origin and/or destination point with respect to any Designated Service, in each case only to the extent such FAA Slot is being utilized by the Grantor (or any other “Grantor” as defined in the SGR Security Agreement on behalf of the Grantor) to provide such Designated Service, but in each case excluding any Temporary FAA Slot.]
