Additional Stage means each phase starting from the Request for Additional Stage and finishing with the delivery and supply of the Capacity by Maxcom to Axtel in the city requested by Axtel on the Request for Additional Stage in accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

  • Additional Stage 2 Site inspections and technical reviews will be held by FERC staff prior to commencement of operation.

  • If the Parties agree on such amended Research Plan and Budget in writing and within the relevant Option Period, Arvinas shall be obligated to perform such additional work as an Additional Stage under the Research Program, and Pfizer shall pay for such activities in accordance with the relevant Budget and mutually agreed payment terms.
