Additional Targets definition

Additional Targets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

Additional Targets means Targets which (a) have been identified by or on behalf of AVEO other than in the course of the Research Program (“Additional Model Targets”) or (b) are identified in the course of the Research Program and are tractable only for Biologicals (“Additional Biological Targets”), or (c) are identified in the course of the Research Program and are tractable both for chemical entities and Biologicals (“Additional Dual Targets”).

Additional Targets means a Target that is added to the Collaboration in accordance with Section 4.2.

Examples of Additional Targets in a sentence

• Additional Targets may be added to the Selected Targets by mutual written agreement of the Parties, it being understood that each Party may accept or reject a new Selected Target in its sole discretion and no Party shall be obligated under this Agreement to agree to any further Selected Targets.

• For clarity, the Parties acknowledge that such seven (7) Tekmira Additional Targets shall be in addition to the one (1) Tekmira Exclusive Target and the five (5) Tekmira Non-Exclusive Targets selected as of the Effective Date.

• The following process shall apply to the selection of Tekmira Additional Targets and Alnylam Additional Exclusive Targets.

More Definitions of Additional Targets

Additional Targets means the additional targets for housing types listed in Section B(ii) of the Approved Action Plan.

Additional Targets has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(c).

Additional Targets means those Targets in addition to the Initial Targets (as defined in Section 3.3) which are selected by the Parties in accordance with this Agreement for screening under the Research Plan and designated as Additional Targets pursuant to Sections 2.2(b)(iv), 2.3(c)(ii) and 3.4.
