Additional Toggle Notes means additional Toggle Notes (other than the Initial Toggle Notes and other than Exchange Notes issued for such Initial Toggle Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.01 and 4.10 hereof; provided that such term shall not include any PIK Notes.
