Additional Transition Services definition

Additional Transition Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
Additional Transition Services means services not falling within the meaning of Human Resources/Administration Services or Tenure Management Services which may reasonably be requested by Alamos from time to time, to the extent such services are necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Project and are of a nature previously performed by Teck Vendor or its Affiliates in connection with the Project;
Additional Transition Services means services performed by Wyeth pursuant to Sections 7.2 and 7.3 of this Agreement.

Examples of Additional Transition Services in a sentence

  • Myovant shall reimburse Takeda for such Additional Transition Services under the same terms as provided in Section 4.2.3 hereof.

  • For any Additional Transition Services, if any, the net monthly fee shall be adjusted and paid by Purchaser in accordance with the executed amendment to this Agreement under which such Additional Transition Services are provided.

  • Accordingly, the Services Recipients may request that the New Holdco Parties provide such Additional Transition Services; provided, however, that the New Holdco Parties shall not be required to provide any such Additional Transition Services unless the New Holdco Parties, in their sole discretion, determine to do so.

  • The scope of any such Additional Transition Services, as well as the prices and other terms applicable to such additional services, shall be as mutually agreed by Purchaser and Seller and shall be consistent with the principles set forth in the Introduction to this Agreement, and as further contemplated by ARTICLE IX.

  • To the extent that Seller determines to provide such Additional Transition Services, the Parties shall mutually agree on the scope of such Additional Transition Services and the fees, costs and expenses to be paid by Buyer in exchange for such Additional Transition Services.
