Additional Water definition

Additional Water means water from any source, other than the First Diversion and Second Diversion Water, that is proposed by any Participant for introduction into the Project, and such introduction is approved by the Project Committee, pursuant to sections 8 and 21.
Additional Water means the number of Megalitres of water by which the Customer has overdrawn their Water Allocation Account, resulting in a negative balance (for example, by taking water in excess of the volume of Water Allocation in the Water Allocation Account);

Additional Water means any City Water provided by the City to the Facility during a year of the Term which exceeds the MillerCoors Water Allotment for that year.

  • Additional Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Market Monitoring Unit means the consulting or other professional services firm, or other similar entity, retained by the Board, as specified in Section 30.4.2 of Attachment O, that is responsible for carrying out the Core Market Monitoring Functions and the other functions that are assigned to it in Attachment O.   • High Quality Short-Term Debt Instruments means any instrument that has a maturity at issuance of less that 366 days and that is rated in one of the two highest rating categories by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization.

  • High Quality Short-Term Debt Instrument means any instrument having a maturity at issuance of less than 366 days and which is rated in one of the highest two rating categories by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Agency (Moody’s and S&P).

  • Additional Holder shall have the meaning given in Section 5.10.
