Adequate Rating definition

Adequate Rating means a senior unsecured debt rating of A- or higher by Standard & Poor’s Rating Services or Fitch Ratings, or a rating of A3 or higher by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Investors Services.

Adequate Rating is hereby added to the Note Agreement as follows:

Examples of Adequate Rating in a sentence

  • Buyer's obligation under the first sentence of this Section 6.3 shall terminate, and any existing trust, guarantee or letter of credit will be terminated at the election of the Obligor, at such time as the Obligor regains an Adequate Rating; provided that Buyer's obligation ________ under this Section 6.3 shall again be reinstated at any time such obligation is required in accordance with the first sentence of this Section 6.3.

Related to Adequate Rating

  • ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • M▇▇▇▇’▇ Rating means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination:

  • Specified Rating means, for the Class A(2017-2) Notes, Aaa(sf) with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇’▇, AAA(sf) with respect to Standard & Poor’s and AAAsf with respect to Fitch.

  • Required Rating means a short-term unsecured debt rating of “A-1+” by S&P Global Ratings and “F1+” by Fitch.

  • Applicable Rating means the rating assigned to each Class of the Series 2013-VF1 Notes by S&P, as the Note Rating Agency, upon the issuance of such Class as set forth below:
