Adjacent Buildings definition

Adjacent Buildings means any building or buildings, other than the Building, located, from time to time, upon the Land and within the Project.
Adjacent Buildings means, collectively, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ and Building 5.
Adjacent Buildings means the primary buildings that are most proximate on each side of the development, fronting on the same side of the street.

  • The term "PROJECT," as used in this Lease, shall mean (i) the Building, the Adjacent Buildings and the "Common Areas", as that term is defined in Section 1.1.3 below, and (ii) the land (which is or will be improved with landscaping, parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Buildings and the Common Areas are to be located.

  • During the Term Landlord shall maintain special form property insurance (including inflation endorsement, sprinkler leakage endorsement, and, at Landlord’s option, earthquake and flood coverage) on the Building and the Adjacent Building(s), excluding coverage of all Tenant’s Personal Property located on or in the Premises, but including the Tenant Improvements, if any are provided for in Paragraph 9 of this Lease.

  • If the Project insurance premiums are increased after the Commencement Date, due to an increase in the value of the Building or the Adjacent Building(s) or their replacement cost, Tenant shall pay Tenant’s Percentage of such increase within ten (10) days of notice of such increase.

  • All areas and facilities within the Project, exclusive of the interior of the Building and the Adjacent Buildings, provided and designated by Landlord for the general use and convenience of Tenant and other tenants and occupants of the Project, subject to the reasonable rules and regulations and changes therein from time to time promulgated by Landlord governing the use of the Outside Area.

  • The term “Project,” as used in this Lease, shall mean (i) the Building, the Adjacent Buildings, and the “Common Areas,” as that term is defined in Section 1.1.3, (ii) the land (which is improved with landscaping, surface parking facilities and other improvements) upon which the Building, the Adjacent Buildings, and the Common Areas are located, and (iii) at Landlord’s discretion, any additional real property, areas, buildings or other improvements added thereto pursuant to the terms of Section 29.33.

  • The parties acknowledge that the Building is a part of a multi- building project and that the costs and expenses incurred in connection with the Project (i.e., the Direct Expenses) should be shared between the tenants of the Building and the tenants of the Adjacent Buildings.

  • However, until the Lease Commencement Date for Building 2 occurs, Tenant may elect to terminate the leases of any or all of the Adjacent Buildings effective as of the Force Majeure Effective Date by giving to Landlord notice thereof in the Force Majeure Termination Notice.

Adjacent Buildings means a group of two or more buildings on the same lot or parcel of land not separated by any street, avenue, thoroughfare, alley or other public right of way, except where the customer owns and/or leases a lot or parcel of land on both sides of a street, avenue, thoroughfare, alley or public right of way which lots or parcels of land otherwise would be contiguous, such buildings thereon shall be considered adjacent.
