Adjacent Dwelling definition
Adjacent Dwelling means any dwelling unit not on the property on which a Commercial Dog Care and/or Kennel Facility is located.
Adjacent Dwelling means and refer to each of the Dwellings within the Property with respect to the location of one to the other. “Adjacent Unit” shall mean and refer to each of the two Units in the Property with respect to the location of one to the other.
